Of course you should avoid the midday sun, shield infants in strollers and carriages, reapply sunscreen regularly and especially after swimming, look for sunglasses with UV protection, and go indoors immediately when a child’s skin begins to redden. Proof of Insurance Now Required for Cuba

The Cuban government recently announced that beginning on May 1 of 2010, visitors will be required to show proof of emergency travel medical insurance from their home country.
