Sunwing Vacations has announced that it is partnering with Princess Cruises to  offer South Caribbean cruises out of San Juan this winter on the Caribbean Princess.
Sunwing is certainly not the first tour operator to offer cruises, but there are some really good reasons why this announcement is worth paying attention to:
1. San Juan can be an expensive and inconvenient port to get to, but with Sunwing’s new charter air from Toronto and Montreal, sailing out of San Juan becomes much more accessible
2. In addition to the cruise and flight, the pricing also includes transfers and gratuities (normally $10usd/day)
